Decided needed game to destress from work so organized quick game with Goldie/Keith/Alan as they like me have the figures for FPW. Goldie pulled out sick so was 3 of us.

French right flank……I was leap frogging units forward to cover up the shot up front line units while recovered morale on damaged ones. have managed to clear most of the Prussian units on this flank.

Center…..baddies had charged…. twice and been bounced both times…good shooting and better combat rolls!

End of game…..edge of playing area is the French battery on right…moving gun line and leap frogging of units to repair the damaged one worked…but was verrryyy close. Thankfully have popped/damaged enough guns/troops to have advantage .

On Keith’s French left more of a stalemate…..Keith has his guns and to far back…….while Alan has his guns in front line!

Sorry about lack of photo’s…will check them next time! Fun game…quite relaxed…..we re getting familiar with out rule adjustments and gives better feel…hopefully next time Goldie’s troops will be available and my slooooowwwww addition to French side will continue. Alan got some attacks in….was unlucky with the dice rolls…….but good to see some charges getting up.

Bavarian Miniatures have a French Kickstarter that will buy into…and Alan being a good man will print the STL’s! Can’t wait!! has all the Imperial Garde goodies include din it….AWESOME
